Something is broken
Tell us what you typed, what you expected, and what your browser and device are. A screenshot of the code that failed to scan helps more than anything else.
Feature requests
Wi-Fi and vCard builders, SVG and PDF export, logo embedding, and bulk generation are the most-asked-for additions. Say which one would actually change your workflow and it moves up the list.
Privacy and data requests
To access, export, or delete the data associated with your account, email us from the address on that account and we will respond within 30 days.
Abuse reports
If a tracked link created here points to phishing or malware, send us the full short link and we will disable it.
Before you write
If a code will not scan, the answer is usually one of four things — low contrast, an inverted code, a missing quiet zone, or printing it too small. The troubleshooting section of the guide covers each one, and it solves most reports before they get sent.
